Meinhardt Group is honoured to have hosted a distinguished delegation from the UAE Ministry of Interior which was led by Lieutenant Colonel Jaber Ahmed Husain Esmaeel Al Jasmi. This visit marked a significant opportunity for an exchange of insights and best practices in critical security and prison infrastructure, design and management.
The delegation included key officials from Abu Dhabi’s government entities:
Major Abdalla Ali Abdelrahman Mohamed Alnaqbi, Head of Drug Control Department at Penal and Correctional Institution at the Federal Anti-Narcotics General Directorate.
Ms Lamya Ahmed Hamdan Hassan Alzaabi, Head of the Drug Prevention Department at the Federal Anti-Narcotics General Directorate.

The delegation was welcomed by Mr Omar Shahzad, Group CEO of Meinhardt; Mr Go Yang San, Managing Director of Meinhardt Singapore and Regional Director of Infrastructure; Mr Vinesh Kumar Natali, Global Board Member, and Global Head and Managing Director of Meinhardt EPCM; and Mr Johnson Paul, Director of Strategy and Business Development, Meinhardt Group. The discussion delved into Meinhardt’s extensive experience in designing and managing critical security infrastructures, as well as our approach to capacity building and facility management.
